Please contact Oregon’s forest managers and legislators and encourage them to oppose post-fire tree removal in Oregon's Santiam State Forest! As communities rebuild after this season’s wildfires, we need to protect what’s left of Oregon's burned landscapes. Send a letter asking Oregon's forest managers and legislators to protect the Santiam State Forest, so it can grow back into a beloved recreational area for all.
Right now, over 4,000 acres of forestland in the Santiam State Forest are at risk for post-fire tree removal. Oregon's state forest lands are important for recreation, drinking water quality, landslide prevention, and habitat.
Please contact Oregon’s forest managers and legislators to encourage them to oppose post-fire cutting in Oregon's Santiam State Forest!
