Please contact Oregon’s forest managers and legislators and encourage them to oppose post-fire tree removal in Oregon's Santiam State Forest! As communities rebuild after this season’s wildfires, we need to protect what’s left of Oregon's burned landscapes. Send a letter asking Oregon's forest managers and legislators to protect the Santiam State Forest, so it can grow back into a beloved recreational area for all.
Right now, over 4,000 acres of forestland in the Santiam State Forest are at risk for post-fire tree removal. Oregon's state forest lands are important for recreation, drinking water quality, landslide prevention, and habitat.
